1.You scream at your computer because the Google and Bing Translators suck and you have to know RIGHT NOW what your Jrocker just Tweeted.

2. You hear about a new release from your band and your first thought is "please don't be more than two editions! My bank account will cry!

3.When your whole family questions your sexuality because you're screaming over those funny looking Asian"girls"

4.When nipples take on a whole new meaning.

 

5.When your family doesn't listen to it, hates it, but not only lets you go on and on about it but recognizes names, faces, and bands, and your Mom continues to be jealous of Mana years later.

 

6.You only go to anime conventions that have bands attending, and you cosplay said bands and make personalized gifts for each member.

 

7.Your Twitter feed is 90% Japanese.

 

8.You know which foods, brands of cigarettes, animals, etc, are your favorite Jrockers from reading they're Bio's over and over.

 

9.You've let your bank account get overdrawn because of Jrock (concerts, merch, whatever)

 

10.You have "concert practice" in your living room which involves watching DVD's of your band and trying to do any synchronized moves, headbanging, etc, that you would do if you were at the show

 

11.You cry about not being as pretty as, "your boys"

 

12.You bought a Kimono.for yourself and you are a guy.

 

13.You go on a diet for the reason you don't want to be bigger than your favorite Jrocker who on average is about 107lbs soaking wet.

 

14.When you associate many everyday words to either a J-rock song, band, or band member.

 

15.You cut a dye your hair just like your favorite Jrocker, somehow never quite looks the same.

 

16.When someone talks bad rumors about your favorite Jrocker, you are ready to fight in their defense, verbally of course.

 

17.Your cell phone only has pictures of Jrockers.

 

18.You question your own sexuality.

 

19.You wish you lived in Japan.

 

20. You start writing Yaoi.

21.When you have no idea of any current artists from your country yet you can list all the Japanese bands who have albums coming out this year and the next.

 

22.Your friends think you are way to old to be listening to these young boys. Response umm, they are all in their 40's!!! SMIRK (there is an older generation of fans and bands too)

 

23.You attend your favorite Jrock concert and they throw you for a loop and sing one of their songs in English, You are stunned, you only know them in Japanese, example L'Arc~en~Ciel at MSG~Chase~OMG ,19,000 people kept looking at each other no one knew what to do!! We did not know the lyrics!!! Talk about a show coming to a complete halt!!!

 

24.You know you're a true J-rock fan when all your friends's ringtones on your phone are all songs from your favorite J-rock groups!...Even the friends that don't listen to J-rock have them..

 

25.Your English speaking  three year old sings MUCC songs in Japanese.

 

26.You buy a Rice-Cooker.

 

27.When you are willing to travel for your band, but not willing to travel to see family members.

28.When low cut shirts, belly button jewelry and midriffs showing skin on men, is the hottest turn on ever.

 

29.Your make-up gets heavier and more dramatic, you keep lining those eyes to look almond shaped. 

 

30.The license plates on you car are a Jrocker or bands name 

 

31.You start to take off your shoes at the Genken, oh yeah, I don't have a Genken.

 

32.When you notice your favorite band's habits on other people.

 

33.When you can't find a hyde doll after hours and hours on the internet, you make one yourself, and then you make more, and now you can sleep with your favorite Jrockers every night.

 

34.You pierce places you never would have thought of because your favorite Jrocker has them.

 

35.When you haven't studied an ounce of Japanese but can sing your favorite bands whole album start to finish perfectly in Japanese.

 

36..When you can barely remember any of your family members birthdays but remember the birthdays of your favorite Jrockers including their bloodtypes.

 

37.You plan all year to send your favorite Jrocker something special on White Day.

 

38.You look for rainbows and take pictures of them and anything with a rainbow on it or name of a place that has the word rainbow.

 

39.You own the big stuffed Yoshikitty.

 

40. Your screensaver is a slideshow of hot Jrockers.

 

41.You check multiple websites obsessively, that list Jrock updates on a regular basis mostly in hopes that your favorite bands will announce international tour dates.

 

42.Your children (or...siblings, parents, whatever) sing along with your Jrock because they hear it so much

 

43.You started drinking Green Tea.

 

44.You insist on making mix cd's for anyone who shows even the smallest interest in Japanese music;

 

45.You have named a pet or child after a Jrocker.

 

46.You set the alarm to wake up as soon as your band's tickets go on sale to purchase good seats.

 

47.You know who Ruki, Sugizo, Satoshi, hyde, Ryuta, Miyavi,Yomi etc, are -no last names required.

 

48.You spend more time on the computer watching videos and looking for Jrock news  and Iming Jrock fans, than you spend with your non-Jrock friends.

 

49. You feel like you now have a relationship with your favorite Jrocker because they Tweeted you back once.

 

50. You go to your first or 50th Jrock show, the band starts to play and you cry, you don't know where the tears come from, you just cry, chin shake and all.

 

51. When you go to Korean websites to see how the Japanese keep their skin so young looking.

 

52. You have every picture on the internet of your favorite Jrocker.

 

53.You only drink Rock Star energy drinks cuz Yoshiki promotes it.
