rice goes on hiatus

rice announced indefinite hiatus after their live at Akasaka Blitz on 25th December.
I cannot read nor translate the entire blog but the jest of it is they need a major overhaul of their management structure ,ensure the time spent on creative activities such as songwriting, in the framework of the structure of things now, it is difficult to continue with out growing as Rice. They have chosen not smooth over the various problems, and become a united team by turning eyes away and in good faith but to address the issues head on.

To gather all one's courageOnce in the here and nowI think I want to give you time to rest on riceDecided.At the moment(Date) is undecided concrete prospect of return
Trimmed get ready soon as possibleI want to come back as "rice".
To everyone of the fans should be cheeringWould cause a sudden sad reportReally sorry.
But there's so much I want to tell,Like that there is no misunderstandingLittle by little, step by step,Let me talk about many things over time.
